He built a world.

Nude Project threw away the fashion status quo. Hear us out.

Most brands document their best moments. Nude Project documented their worst. The struggles of starting a business with no money or clear cut vision. The production problems. The team issues. 5 years later, the company is in over 200 countries, raising over $30 million.

Bruno Casanovas co-founded more of a company. He helped create an image that no mainstream advertising could mirror. It wasn’t about the clothes anymore. It was the story behind the clothes.

Bruno Casanovas started a podcast in 2021, intended to bolster the brand image. Yet the true effect of the podcast isn’t in the words or the guests. It’s in the subtle NUDE label placement that ties it all together.

Not once has Bruno physically advertised the brand in the podcasts. But whenever a celebrity comes on, whether that be Ilia Topuria or Ronaldinho, they wear Nude.

And its most powerful placement is the one nobody recognizes as placement.

Retail only makes up 50% of Nude Project's revenue. The other half comes from a community that buys online because they already feel like they're inside the brand before they ever touch a product.

When Bruno opened a pop-up in Miami's Design District in October 2025, over 2,000 people wrapped around the block. The space wasn't designed like a store, It was designed like an exhibit.

People showed up to buy clothes. But they stayed because the experience made them feel like part of something. That feeling is what turns a one-time customer into someone who buys everything you release.

This is the same reason you follow brands before you buy from them. You're not shopping. You're joining.

Bruno Casanovas and Nude Project are living proof of the idea that more sales doesn’t necessarily translate to an enhanced brand.

Bruno showcased the struggles of building the company. He started a podcast to reinforce his personality.

And he now goes around launching pop-ups world-wide, preserving Nude Project’s image as an unpolished yet unapologetically authentic brand that younger generations can resonate with.

Bruno Casanovas proved that the secret to building a culture isn’t in how much you sell. It’s in who you are.

Most creators institutionalize their calling cards when their brands scale.

But true separators never let the brand outgrow the magic that started it all.
